Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Casus you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Free games and Premium

The first 3 games are free. Unlimited games and all categories require a Premium subscription.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

• Premium is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription (an older monthly plan may still be active for existing subscribers). Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Any unused part of a free trial or introductory period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where such an offer applies.

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Standard EULA

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the app for lawful, personal entertainment only.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its content.
• Custom word lists you create are your responsibility; do not enter unlawful or abusive content.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
